BIA Ortho is ideal for chronic (joint) conditions such as osteoarthritis. It is a pressure-relieving bed, which reduces joint pain. The bottom of the bed consists of two pieces of polyether. The top layer (Celsius') molds to the body and in this way it provides relief from pressure points at the hips, knees and shoulders. The bottom layer prevents the bed from sagging. Through the combination, BIA Ortho distributes the body weight evenly, which relieves muscle and joint pain. We do not recommend placing the mattress on a smooth subfloor. The mattresses can also be used in the drawer of a crate.

BIA Ortho is available in all standard BIA IV Mattress sizes and BIA BED sizes and is covered with artificial leather.
