The Groene Os Cox Compositum Dog/Cat 50 ml is a protective and vitalizing supplement for older dogs and cats with a tincture against persistent symptoms. Cox Compositum contains herbs that can soothe a stiff musculoskeletal system (the set of bones, joints, muscles, tendons and motor nerves that ensure body posture and movements). This means it has a beneficial effect on general health and symptoms of old age.

The enzyme cyclooxygenase (COX) plays an essential role in making prostaglandin, which in turn is important for the entire body. Painkillers such as NSAIDs inhibit the action of COX and thus also the formation of prostaglandin. Cox Compositum has no adverse effects on the mucous membranes.

The ginger in Cox Compositum has a normalizing influence on prostaglandins and has a supportive effect on the stomach. Green Tea has a strong antioxidant effect due to the high content of polyphenols and protects healthy cells and tissues. Dog rose is rich in vitamin C and is a strong antioxidant. Lavender has been added for a soothing effect on the intestines. The powerful plant palm lily is rich in steroid saponins and stereols. Used in small amounts, this helps normalize prostaglandins.
